A team of enthusiast financial experts and visionary partners developing a Fintech with an original governance for tomorrow’s Private Placement Debts market.

Users’ Committee

We have created a users’ committee to stay in close contact with the professionals of the Euro PP market. Its purpose is to re-inforce the dialogue between market participants and to advise the supervisory board on the evolution of users’ needs. It gathers regulatory authorities, market professionals, associations, sponsors and qualified persons.

Purpose

Our ambition is to contribute significantly to the Euro PP market growth in proposing a neutral and efficient infrastructure that supports the operational management of the transactions from origination to maturity and that helps market professionals’ benefit from digitalization of their practices. Borrowers and investors come together to connect, collaborate and share data in a very efficient way that benefits to each partner.

Social responsibility

We wish to play a role in the sustainable economy. 10% of the profits distributed are allocated to an endowment fund whose purpose is to encourage philanthropic projects, particularly in the field of youth education and entrepreneurship. The endowment fund is represented on the PREF-X Supervisory Board, ensuring compliance with best governance practices. It has a veto right to protect the founders vision over a number of decisions.

MARIE-HÉLÈNE CRÉTU
CHAIRMAN

Specialist in derivative and bond financial markets, Marie-Hélène Crétu has held financial and general management positions in France, Great Britain and the United States in the Chase Manhattan Bank, Cargill, MTS and NYSE-Euronext groups. She has led business development, regulatory implementation, or restructuring projects. Since 2017, Marie-Hélène has been president of PREF-X.

Marie-Hélène is a Chartered Accountant, graduated from Sciences Po Paris and Paris II. She is a certified director of the Institut Français des Administrateurs and currently holds independent directorships in European financial institutions.
